Duct Fitter

Also called duct erectors; usually coming as a pair or trade and mate team. These operatives are responsible for the install of air-conditioning ductwork. Historically, duct erectors didn't need qualifications and many are time-served, but more recently they have started doing City & Guilds courses and obtaining Skill Cards.
