This is who we are
We specialise in the supply of labour to the construction and M&E sectors, and with over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry, we have an excellent network of tried & tested staff and a realistic idea of what it is companies look for in a labour supplier. In 2013 we expanded into the industrial recruitment sector and we are rapidly making a name for ourselves, offering a fresh approach to driver and warehouse labour supply.
We are members of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and pride ourselves on developing sustainable relationships with our candidates, clients and staff.
Our company ethos revolves around the belief that an honest approach to labour supply is vital, so we commit to provide a truthful assessment of the labour we have available at the time of booking so as to not mislead our clients: In short, if we don’t have what you’re looking for, we’ll tell you!

I started my recruitment journey back in 2001, when the industry was a very different animal to what it is now. Most of the agencies in the construction sector used to focus purely on getting bodies on site, and virtues such as quality, honesty and reliability all played second fiddle. I’ve never been a fan of this model and my main career goal has been to break the ‘quantity over quality’ stigma attached to agency staff. I encourage our consultants to try to build long-term, sustainable relationships with clients by working closely with them on a personal level and focussing on delivering staffing solutions that help their businesses to prosper.
James Steel Director
I come from a trade background and made the decision to come off site and into recruitment in 2002. I started at the bottom and I’ve worked in every possible role in the construction recruitment sector so I feel I have a good understanding of what it takes to do the job well. I enjoy being involved in the day-to-day running of all aspects of the business. My core clients have been using me for over 15 years and I’d like to grow the business by helping our staff build a similar level of trust with the companies they supply.
